In the Boassa neighborhood of Ougadougou, Burkina Faso, poverty is extreme. Most parents have a very low income or are unemployed, and most children do not have the opportunity to attend school. Grace School opened their doors in 2017 to offer children an education and share with them the hope of Jesus. At first, people were skeptical of a Christian school in a mostly Muslim area, but with a strong reputation and the recommendation of neighbors, the school has exploded in growth to over 250 children through grade 5. Classrooms are packed and the waitlist for each class is long. They need help of generous donors like you to expand the school now!
The school currently needs 1 new classrooms to complete elementary school ($12,000). Following the classroom completion an office, a school canteen (in order to provide a meal for the children - often the only meal they will have that day), a health room (many children get sick and need care), and a perimeter wall to ensure the security of the school grounds are up next. Be a part of expanding Grace School and help change the lives of these students and their families today!
